Job summary

- 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise technology/product management.
- Experience with GTM models and NPI in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record transforming seller/partner/customer experiences with AI.
Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for embedding AI across GTM and CX.
- Lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering to ship AI-driven experiences.
- Redesign processes from first principles before tooling.
- Define data contracts across Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, and CX systems.
- Balance innovation velocity with stability and reduce technical debt.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing AI-focused product team.
