Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Customer Engagement Platforms & Data in a hybrid/onsite role in San Diego. You will translate Commercial and Global Medical Affairs priorities into scalable, secure platforms, and lead cross-functional delivery with emphasis on CRM, data, and analytics.

You will mentor and align teams, manage backlogs, and collaborate with AI Strategy and Enterprise Data teams to ensure compliant, scalable customer engagement solutions while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, information technology, life sciences, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in business technology or IT, with 5+ years in biotech/pharma and 3+ years leading product or platform delivery for Commercial or Medical Affairs.
• Experience launching or scaling customer engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a shared product and delivery model with Commercial Systems & Analytics; align roadmaps and ownership for technology, data, and analytics.
• Translate business and data strategies into product plans, backlogs, designs, estimates, and release plans.
• Provide BT product and technical leadership for CRM, content management, marketing automation, analytics, APIs, and integrations.
• Partner to advance customer data capabilities across HCP, HCO, payer, and related domains; align data governance and privacy.
• Translate journeys and omnichannel priorities into scalable platform capabilities; evaluate AI-enabled use cases with governance.
• Lead delivery for BTS-assigned services through discovery to production; ensure privacy, security, and compliance.
• Drive process improvements, change management, adoption, and benefits realization with measurable outcomes.
