Job summary

Modus Closing seeks a Senior Product Designer II for CRM within its Home Platform. You will shape CRM experiences, drive scalable workflow design, and infuse AI-powered features to help real estate agents manage contacts, nurture leads, and streamline communications across web and mobile.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI, and Operations to improve contact management, lead nurturing, and workflow automation, spanning end-to-end experiences across the platform ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio showing systems thinking and end-to-end design for web and mobile
• Experience designing AI-driven products or features is highly desirable
• Ability to translate requirements from multiple stakeholders into intuitive UX
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, usability principles
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams throughout the lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Lead alignment using customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to define CRM and AI experiences
• Build prototypes including multimodal and voice prototypes and facilitate research sessions
• Iterate on designs to keep AI interactions high-trust and low-friction
• Design AI-based conversational and multimodal experiences
• Translate insights into actionable product opportunities for AI
• Create documentation with dialogs, conversational flows, and multimodal flows for engineers and product partners
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to balance user needs with technical constraints
• Develop scalable designs and workflows across the Home Platform ecosystem
• Work within design systems to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability
