Designer Jobs in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Senior Product Designer II to shape the Home Platform CRM experience for residential real estate agents. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI and Operations to design scalable workflows and AI-powered features for web and mobile.

Lead with systems thinking, translate stakeholder requirements into intuitive UX, and contribute to design systems while balancing user needs with technical possibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in CRM, SaaS, workflow, or enterprise software products.
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking, end-to-end product design, and the ability to solve complex workflow problems across web and mobile.
• Ability to gather and synthesize product requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, and scalable UX patterns.

Responsabilités

• Drive alignment and decision-making using visual artifacts to define the vision for CRM and AI experiences.
• Support usability testing and research by building prototypes, including multimodal and voice interactions.
• Review and synthesize feedback, then iterate designs for high-trust AI interactions.
• Design and develop AI-based conversational and multimodal experiences.
• Participate in discovery to understand agent behaviors and workflow inefficiencies.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product opportunities for AI.
• Create effective design documentation to support Engineering and Product partners.
• Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Balance user needs with technical constraints such as LLM capabilities and product objectives.
• Craft multimodal experiences that are desirable, feasible, and viable for the business.
• Think beyond screens to connect workflows, data, and actions across the Home Platform.
