Job summary

Modus in Boston seeks an experienced Senior Product Designer II to shape CRM and AI-powered workflows for the Home Platform, onsite. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI, and Operations to design scalable, high-trust interactions across web and mobile.

You will translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into opportunities, contribute to design systems, and connect workflows, data, and actions across the platform while balancing user needs and technical constraints.

Qualifications

7+ years of product design experience in CRM, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Portfolio showing systems thinking, end-to-end design, and complex workflows for web and mobile.
Experience designing AI-driven products or features is highly desirable.
Ability to synthesize requirements from multiple stakeholders into intuitive UX.
Strong skills in interaction design, IA, usability, and scalable UX patterns.
Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering through the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Drive alignment using customer journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes to shape CRM and AI experiences.
Create prototypes including multimodal and voice experiences; support usability testing and research.
Analyze feedback to keep AI interactions high-trust and low-friction.
Design AI-based conversational and multimodal experiences.
Translate insights into AI-focused product opportunities and documentation.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align priorities and deliver solutions.
