Job summary

Compass, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for complex real estate workflows across Web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive experiences for residential agents, buyers, and sellers. You will apply strong UX research, prototyping, and design system contributions, ensuring accessibility and pixel-perfect interactions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of user experience (UX) design work.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workstreams into intuitive experiences.
• Expert user research, storytelling, and prototyping skills.
• Knowledge of modern web and mobile UI patterns.
• Production quality, specialist knowledge of Figma, Claude Design, Google Suite.
• Strong UX writing skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Customer orientation.
• Experience in designing enterprise level financial tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and develop high-impact enterprise workflow experiences for commissions, contracts and financial reporting.
• Wireframe and prototype to turn concepts into high-fidelity designs and design systems.
• Produce visually compelling end-to-end workflows that fit within the platform and brand context.
• Drive design research to understand user behavior, pain points, and test direction.
• Leverage analytics, data, and competitive analysis to validate and improve designs.
• Partner with product managers to define strategy, roadmap, and product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible, quality implementation across web and native.
