Job summary

Compass, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for complex real estate workflows across web and mobile.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and ops stakeholders to shape strategy, prototype, and validate design decisions that deliver exceptional service to sellers and buyers. You will own the iterative design process from concept to shipping, contribute to the design system, and ensure accessibility and usability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX design experience.
• Experience simplifying complex workstreams into intuitive experiences.
• Expert in user research, storytelling, and prototyping skills.
• Knowledge of modern web and mobile UI patterns and design tools.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional peers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and develop high-impact enterprise workflow experiences for commissions, contracts and financial reporting.
• Wireframe and prototype to high-fidelity designs and design systems
• Produce visually compelling end-to-end workflows that fit seamlessly within the platform and broader brand context
• Drive design research to better understand user behavior, identify key pain points and test design directions
• Leverage analytics, data, and competitive analysis to validate and improve designs
• Work with product managers to define strategy, plan the roadmap, and execute product requirements
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible implementation across web and native platforms
