Job summary

The role reports to the Assistant General Counsel, Product and involves drafting form agreements, negotiating DPAs/BAAs, and partnering with teams across Databricks to bring transformative offerings to market.

Qualifications

• Experience in product counseling and data privacy.
• Strong understanding of technology transactions and cloud/software.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end product counseling from ideation to end of life.
• Advise on data protection laws, privacy, and related regulations.
• Draft and negotiate product and security-related customer contracts (DPAs/BAAs).
• Collaborate with commercialization, product marketing, and legal leaders across the company.
