Job summary

You will handle product counseling from ideation to deployment and negotiate customer contracts, DPAs, and BAAs while partnering with privacy, security, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience at a top law firm and/or in-house, with at least 2 years in product, privacy, or IP law.
• Experience with AI, FedRAMP, or payments is a plus.
• Strong background in cloud/software technology and platform services.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end product counseling across engineering and product teams.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs, BAAs, and form agreements for products and services.
• Advise on cybersecurity and incident response with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with commercial, go-to-market, privacy, and compliance teams.
• Develop processes to improve the product counseling function.
