Databricks is seeking a talented Senior Counsel, Privacy to mature its privacy program and provide practical legal advice on global privacy and AI regulations. You will lead governance, DPIAs/PIAs, data mapping, and rights requests while negotiating data protection terms in contracts.

Competenze
- Extensive privacy program leadership experience across global regulatory regimes.
- Deep knowledge of GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, EU AI Act and cross-border transfers.
- Experience implementing DPIAs/PIAs, data mapping, and data subject rights processes.
- Ability to negotiate data protection terms in commercial agreements.

- Provide practical legal advice on global privacy laws and AI governance.
- Lead the privacy program’s development, controls, and regulatory response.
- Draft and negotiate data protection provisions in contracts and DPAs.
- Partner cross-functionally with legal, product, compliance, and security teams.
- Translate evolving regulations into actionable guidance for the business.
