You will build scalable privacy controls, draft data transfer agreements, and lead cross-functional privacy initiatives with legal, compliance, and product teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of GDPR/CCPA, DPIA/PIA experience, and a proven ability to operate in a dynamic technology environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading or building a privacy program, not just advisory work.

• Advise on global privacy and AI laws and provide actionable guidance.
• Lead and mature the company’s privacy program and AI governance initiatives.
• Conduct DPIAs/PIAs and manage data mapping and RoPA processes.
• Draft and negotiate data protection provisions in contracts (DPAs, SCCs).
• Develop privacy policies, notices, and training programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, compliance, and IT teams.
