Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers and Actuaries to analyze product performance and help shape strategic recommendations. You will document workflows, manage projects, and prepare reports to support rate filings and business growth.

You will collaborate with data teams to translate data into meaningful insights, ensuring accuracy and compliance while communicating complex results clearly to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Mathematics).
• Skilled proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (MS Office).
• Experience with SQL and SQL Server required.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-complex analysis to evaluate product performance and identify trends and issues; provide actionable recommendations.
• Document system workflows and business processes.
• Plan and manage small to medium projects and generate scheduled/ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Actuaries to support rate/form filings and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
