Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Product Analyst to collaborate with Product Managers and Actuaries, delivering analyses and recommendations to support product initiatives. You will work with data to uncover trends, drive insights, and contribute to profitable growth while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

In this role, you will manage small to mid-size projects, develop reports, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics, mathematics or other quantitative field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with SQL and SQL Server is required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-complex analysis to evaluate product performance and identify trends and issues.
• Document system workflows and business processes.
• Contribute to strategies for profitable growth using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Compile and submit materials for rate and form filings.
• Plan and manage small to medium projects.
• Query databases to generate reports and analyses for department goals.
• Demonstrate PEMCO's values and ethics in daily work.
