Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analyses of property & casualty products to improve performance and support PEMCO’s initiatives. You will plan and manage large projects, document workflows, and develop analytical strategies in partnership with Product and Actuarial teams.

You will create dashboards and tools to track product success, compile rate filing materials, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, IT, mathematics, or similar quantitative field.
• Professional degree preferred.
• 3 years in property & casualty insurance analytics.
• 6+ years in analytical roles with pricing and data integration.
• Strong problem solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, SQL Server, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and radar data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale, complex projects with support.
• Document workflows and business processes.
• Develop analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial teams.
• Create queries, dashboards, and tools to analyze product success.
• Compile rate filings materials and present analyses to stakeholders.
• Build processes to improve data analysis efficiency.
• Assist less experienced analysts as needed.
• Evaluate product performance and provide actionable pricing recommendations.
