Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers and Actuaries. You will analyze product performance, uncover trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

You will document workflows, generate reports, and help manage projects that support profitable growth while aligning with PEMCO's values. The role requires strong SQL and Excel skills, data visualization experience with PowerBI/Tableau, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• S. degree or equivalent work experience in quantitative fields.
• MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency required.
• Experience in SQL and SQL Server required.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-complex analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends and propose improvements.
• Document system workflows and business processes.
• Query databases to generate scheduled and ad hoc reports and analyses.
• Plan and manage small to medium scale projects.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Actuaries to support initiatives.
