Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is required.
• 3+ years of experience in analytical roles pricing insurance products or similar work is required.
• Problem solver with ability to analyze and resolve complex unstructured problems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proficient in MS Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage expectations; prioritize own workload and communicate status.
• Perform semi-complex analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends and issues.
• Document system workflows and business processes.
• Contribute to short and long-term strategies for profitable growth using data.
• Compile and submit materials for rate and form filings.
• Build tools to create efficiencies in analyzing metrics.
• Assist in product and rating reviews.
• Plan and manage small to medium scale projects.
• Query databases to generate scheduled and ad hoc reports and analyses.
