Job summary

PEMCO in the Seattle area is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers and Actuaries to analyze data, build insights, and contribute to recommendations that support PEMCO's initiatives.

You will perform semi-complex analyses, document workflows, manage small to medium projects, and generate reports while ensuring compliance and effective communication with colleagues, customers, and the community.

Qualifications

• S degree or equivalent work experience in quantitative fields.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in SQL and SQL Server is required.
• Highly analytical with ability to synthesize disparate data into insights.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-complex analysis to evaluate product performance and identify trends.
• Document system workflows and business processes.
• Contribute to short- and long-term strategies for profitable growth using data.
• Compile and submit materials for rate and form filings.
• Plan and manage small to medium scale projects.
• Query databases to generate reports and analyses supporting goals.
• Demonstrate PEMCO's values and ethics in daily work.
