Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is required
• 3+ years of experience in analytical roles pricing insurance products or similar work is required
• Problem solver: analyze, diagnose and resolve complex unstructured problems quickly and collaboratively
• Precision: detail oriented and thoroughness are required

Responsibilities

• Manage expectations; prioritize own workload and communicate status
• Perform semi-complex analysis to evaluate performance and identify trends for our products
• Document system workflows and business processes
• Contribute to strategies for profitable growth using data and qualitative insights
• Compile and submit materials for rate and form filings
• Build tools to create efficiencies in analyzing metrics
• Assist in product and rating reviews
• Plan and manage small to medium scale projects
• Query databases to generate reports and analyses to support goals
