Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Product Analyst to collaborate with Product Managers and Actuaries to analyze data and develop actionable recommendations for PEMCO’s initiatives. You will identify trends, document workflows, and support rate/form filings while managing small projects and generating meaningful reports from SQL databases.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• S. degree or equivalent work experience in quantitative fields.
• MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency required.
• SQL and SQL Server experience required.
• Strong analytics and ability to work with disparate datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-complex analysis to evaluate product performance and identify trends.
• Document system workflows and business processes.
• Support rate and form filings with data-driven insights.
• Plan and manage small to medium projects.
• Query databases for scheduled and ad hoc reports.
