PEMCO, a mutual insurer serving Washington, Oregon, and beyond, seeks a Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers and Actuaries. You’ll analyze product performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations to drive profitable growth while documenting workflows and supporting filings.

You will leverage SQL/SQL Server, PowerBI/Tableau, and strong Excel skills to deliver insights, support projects, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• S. degree or equivalent work experience in quantitative fields.
• MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook proficient.
• SQL/SQL Server experience required.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset and problem solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication in professional language.
• Experience with data visualization tools preferred: PowerBI/Tableau.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Actuaries on analyses and recommendations.
• Perform semi-complex analysis to identify trends and issues and propose improvements.
• Document workflows and business processes.
• Support rate and form filings with data and insights.
• Plan and manage small to medium scale projects.
• Query databases to generate reports and analytics for goals.
