Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead transformation initiatives across business and technology functions. You will partner with leaders, automation specialists, and AI professionals to analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions leveraging automation and AI capabilities.

The role focuses on process discovery, design, optimization, and governance, developing enterprise process models, standards, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, business, finance, or related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operations, or process engineering.
• Experience with BPMN or similar process modeling standards.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods.
• Familiarity with workflow technologies and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, analysis, and requirements definition across complex initiatives.
• Design enterprise process architectures and models using BPMN.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping sessions within the enterprise program.
• Recommend scalable process, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive process optimization to improve performance and customer experience.
• Define requirements, data flows, and controls to support design and implementation.
• Establish and monitor process KPIs and governance standards.
• Oversee process inventories and governance artifacts.
