Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, finance, or related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• 6-8 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operations, process engineering, or a related discipline.
• Expert knowledge of business process mapping and BPMN or similar standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, analysis, and requirements definition across complex business, technology, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Coordinate enterprise Value Stream Mapping programs with enterprise leaders.
• Lead FMEA sessions to identify and mitigate risk before implementation.
• Design and maintain enterprise process architectures, current/future-state models, and process documentation using BPMN.
• Advise stakeholders on scalable process, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
