Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Staff Workforce Engineer to define engineering direction for the Digital Workforce tool portfolio, design deployment strategies across tools, and architect digital employee experience and AI assistant integrations at enterprise scale.

This hybrid role involves mentoring Workforce Engineers, guiding evaluations, and partnering with security and vendor management to ensure compliant deployments that align with First Tech's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience with deep expertise in two Digital Workforce domains.
• Deep hands-on expertise in cross-system architecture and setting technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Design deployment strategies across multiple tools and set engineering standards.
• Architect data pipelines and cross-system integrations spanning digital employee experience platforms.
• Architect Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 enablement at enterprise scale, including governance.
• Lead threat modeling and ensure deployments meet security and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate technical activities of other Workforce Engineers on cross-tool initiatives.
