• Translate suboptimal workflows into clear problem statements and scalable solutions.
• Balance operational rigor with experience‑centered design to improve efficiency, capacity, quality, and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and simplification efforts for complex, ambiguous problem spaces spanning journeys or functions.
• Diagnose systemic process and experience breakdowns across teams, products, and platforms.
• Translate enterprise pain points into clear, structured, prioritized problem statements for decision making.
• Design scalable end‑to‑end simplification solutions with defined outcomes.
• Influence leaders without authority using data and insights to drive alignment.
• Define success metrics, benefits realization, and adoption considerations for durable impact.
• Anticipate regulatory and risk implications and partner with teams to ensure sound execution.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts and managers by modeling structured problem solving.
• Apply human centered design and systems thinking to identify root causes of experience friction.
• Synthesize VoM and VoE insights with data to inform prioritization and solution design.
• Identify signals of emerging breakdowns before they become entrenched.
• Ensure solutions improve ease, clarity, and consistency for frontline employees and members.
