Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Staff Workforce Engineer to lead the Digital Workforce tool portfolio. This senior individual contributor defines deployment strategies, architectures data pipelines, and guides cross-tool integrations at enterprise scale.

The role requires deep expertise in digital employee experience platforms, M365 Copilot, and security-focused evaluations. You will mentor other Workforce Engineers, set technical standards, and drive autonomous decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience with deep expertise in Digital Workforce domains.
• Ability to design cross-system architecture and set technical standards.
• Advanced experience with enterprise digital employee experience platforms.
• Expert-level Microsoft 365 and Copilot administration knowledge.
• Strong track record partnering with security, vendor management, and stakeholders.
• Mentor to engineers on architecture and evaluation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design deployment strategies for multiple tools and set engineering standards.
• Architect data pipelines and cross-system integrations spanning digital employee experience.
• Architect Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 enablement at enterprise scale.
• Improve and scale evaluation standards and reference library for AI tools.
• Design technical evaluation frameworks for AI use cases in the pipeline.
• Lead threat modeling and ensure deployments meet security requirements.
• Coordinate activities of other Workforce Engineers on cross-tool initiatives.
• Partner with adjacent lanes to inform validation and launch readiness.
• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments; work autonomously.
• Influence engineering practice and standards across the Digital Workforce function.
