Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of relevant work experience, or 11 years combined education/experience.
• Ability to document processes in detail using BPMN 2.0.
• 5 years financial services experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean or Agile certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Interview SMEs, process owners, and managers to map current processes.
• Identify risks, gaps, and control weaknesses for escalation as needed.
• Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls.
• Document processes using analysis tools, spreadsheets, and process maps (Visio, BPMN).
• Map current state processes and design improved future state.
• Ensure documentation uses consistent templates within governance procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives reducing costs and cycle time.
• Support change management with communication and training.
• Collaborate with change enablement teams on process changes implementation.
• Ensure documentation aligns with approved procedures.
• Champion process excellence across Institutional Services using LEAN, Six Sigma, and problem-solving.
