Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in financial services process improvement, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean or Agile cert, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proven ability to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, finance, or business discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in financial services or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Interview SMEs, process owners, and Division managers to map processes and identify improvements.
• Assess risks, gaps, and control weaknesses; escalate issues to management as needed.
• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Document processes and maps using BPMN and Visio; develop future state designs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, cycle time, and errors.
