Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Interview SMEs and managers to map current processes.
• Identify risks and control weaknesses and escalate as needed.
• Design and implement internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Document processes with BPMN, Visio, and standard templates.
• Lead continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Support adoption of redesigned processes across teams.
• Drive cost, cycle-time, and error reductions through LEAN methods.
