The ideal candidate has deep BPMN experience, Lean Six Sigma credentials, and a proven track record in financial services process improvement, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant work experience in Financial Services or process improvement.
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 documentation and process mapping.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean certified or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Interview SMEs, process owners, and managers to map current processes.
• Identify risks, gaps, and control weaknesses in existing processes.
