Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the ISO Process Engineering team and drive design, development, and implementation of new or revised processes to support product innovation and cost efficiency across facilities.

You will mentor engineers, manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with manufacturing leaders to hit safety, quality, and production targets; travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Seven or more years of engineering or plant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with MOC, PHAs and HAZOPs.
• Experience with regulatory standards including OSHA and EPA.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering Team by setting goals, budgets, timelines and ensuring project execution.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Ensure timely execution of equipment and process projects from development to commissioning.
• Drive adherence to the New Product Process to meet launch dates.
• Develop robust Process Control Plans and ensure compliant, cost-effective processes.
• Support regulatory compliance and manage change through PHAs, HAZOPs, or equivalent.
