Job summary

Elevate, part of the Amrize family, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead ISO operations and drive safety, quality, and cost improvements at our Utah site. The role requires strong manufacturing leadership, problem solving, and experience with regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across functions to improve processes, support new product introductions, and mentor engineers, with travel as needed to support multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with manufacturing leadership in a plant setting.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and EHS initiatives at the site.
• Collaborate with site teams to meet Quality KPIs, incl. First Pass Yield targets.
• Investigate quality issues and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Drive process reliability, standardization, and variation reduction.
• Improve raw material specs; lead trials and qualification.
• Support new product introductions and qualifications.
• Provide process leadership on cost-efficiency initiatives (AI where applicable).
• Ensure timely execution of equipment and process projects for new/modified products.
• Maintain Process Control Plans to meet specs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance; manage changes via PHAs/HAZOPs/MOC.
• Collaborate with Value Streams for issue resolution and initiatives.
• Attend technical conferences to stay current; travel as needed.
