Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to design, develop, and implement processes supporting product innovation, safety, quality, and cost efficiency across ISO operations. The role requires leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across multiple locations with occasional travel.

The engineer will drive process reliability, manage change through PHAs/HAZOPs, and collaborate with Value Streams to meet launch dates and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and EHS initiatives.
• Collaborate with site teams to achieve Quality KPIs (First Pass Yield).
• Investigate critical quality issues and drive corrective actions with Quality Department.
• Drive process reliability, standardization and variation reduction.
• Support new product introductions and qualifications.
• Provide process leadership on cost efficiency and new technologies (AI).
• Ensure equipment and process projects meet launch dates.
