Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope seeks a Senior Process Engineer - ISO to design, develop, and implement processes advancing safety, quality, cost reduction, and efficiency. Located in Kentucky, the role supports ISO operations with travel as needed and leadership in continuous improvement across sites.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, expertise in SPC/DOE/Lean-Six Sigma, and experience with PHAs/HAZOPs, OSHA/EPA compliance, and MOC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related technical field).
• 5+ years engineering/plant leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, TPM, PFMEA and Lean/Six-Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with MOC, PHAs and HAZOPs; OSHA/EPA regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety/EHS initiatives and promote a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with site teams to meet Quality KPIs and First Pass Yield.
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions with Quality Dept.
• Drive process reliability, standardization, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Support new product introductions and process qualifications.
• Manage changes through PHAs/HAZOPs and regulatory compliance.
