Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the Process Engineering Team in designing, developing, and implementing efficient processes for new and legacy products. You will drive safety, quality, cost reduction, and machine utilization improvements across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and collaboration with other departments to achieve on-time launches and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Seven or more years of engineering or plant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with Management of Change (MOC), PHAs and HAZOPs and regulatory compliance such as OSHA and EPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering Team to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Drive new product processes and continuous improvement with cost reduction.
• Oversee project execution from development to commissioning.
• Collaborate with other manufacturing leaders to align strategic plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and change management.
