Job summary
Amrize Building Envelope seeks a Senior Process Engineer to design, develop, and implement processes that drive safety, quality, and efficiency in ISO operations. The role will lead cost-reduction initiatives, trials, and material qualification while ensuring regulatory compliance and collaboration across value streams across ISO business.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering leadership, strong problem-solving, and experience with SPC/DOE/PHAs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years engineering or plant manufacturing leadership experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with SPC, DOE, TPM, PFMEA, Lean/Six-Sigma.
- Experience with MOC, PHAs and HAZOPs.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety and EHS initiatives across sites.
- Collaborate with site teams to meet Quality KPIs (First Pass Yield).
- Investigate critical quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Drive process reliability, standardization, and variation reduction.
- Lead trials and material qualification for process improvements.
- Support new product introductions and qualifications.
- Provide cost-efficiency leadership and identify waste reduction.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage changes.
