Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead the Process Engineering Team and drive process improvements across the organization. You will collaborate with multiple manufacturing leaders to meet safety, quality, and production targets while reducing costs and scrap.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with prior experience in regulatory compliance and new product development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Seven or more years of engineering or plant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC), DOE, TPM, PFMEA and Lean/Six-Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with Management of Change (MOC), PHAs and HAZOPs.
• Experience with regulatory compliance including OSHA and EPA.
• Strong office tools skills including MS Office and Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering Team with goals, budgets, timelines and project execution.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to meet safety, quality, production targets and cost goals.
• Ensure timely project execution for equipment and processes transitioning through development and commissioning.
• Drive adherence to New Product Process for on-time product launches.
• Maintain robust Process Control Plans and formulation controls.
