Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the Process Engineering Team, driving development and deployment of new and revised processes. The role focuses on safety, product quality, efficiency, and cost reduction while supporting ISO initiatives across the network and traveling as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in engineering leadership within manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with MOC, PHAs, HAZOPs, and regulatory

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field and has strong leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering Team, set goals, budgets, timelines and ensure project execution.
