Amrize Building Envelope is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (ISO) to design, develop, and implement processes supporting product innovation and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes safety, quality, cost reduction, and efficiency across ISO operations at a single site with travel as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, strong problem-solving, communication skills, and familiarity with SPC/DOE/Lean
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of engineering or plant manufacturing leadership experience.
Mansioni
- Lead safety and EHS initiatives across site.
- Improve process reliability and standardization.
- Drive cost reduction and material efficiency initiatives.
- Support new product introductions and qualifications.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage change (PHAs/HAZOPs).
- Collaborate with Value Streams to support initiatives.
- Travel as needed (<30%).
