Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc seeks a Mid-Level Process Engineering Lead in the Beaumont area. You will supervise engineers and designers, direct process deliverables, and ensure on-time, on-budget project execution with strong safety and quality focus.

The role requires 6+ years in process engineering with leadership exposure, PE or CPIP preferred, and proficiency in major process design tools. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional engineering registration or CPIP is highly preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant industrial experience with some leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and technical direction over a team of engineers and designers.
• Deliver process engineering work on time, within budget and to quality expectations.
• Review and approve all process engineering deliverables.
• Validate and track professional service estimates at project start and through progress.
• Develop design criteria, cost studies, and bid packages for major capital projects.
• Communicate plans clearly to team, leadership, and clients.
