Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead a team delivering process design for major projects in Mobile, AL. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards across disciplines.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of industrial experience in chemical, petroleum, or biochemical processes, with PE licensure or CPIP preferred and strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical or Petroleum Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant industrial process design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or CPIP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process safety and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver process engineering deliverables on time, within budget and with quality.
• Develop design criteria, cost studies, and bid packages for major capital projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure inter-disciplinary alignment and constructability.
• Provide mentoring and technical leadership; review calculations and vendor information.
