Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. in Beaumont, TX seeks a Mid-Level Process Engineering Lead to supervise a team of engineers and designers, directing process deliverables from concept through execution. You will manage budget, schedule, and quality while ensuring client requirements and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S./M.S. in engineering, 6+ years of industrial experience, and PE or CPIP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering registration or CPIP certification is highly preferred.
• Requires 6+ years of relevant industrial experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and apply safety concepts into process design.
• Review and approve process engineering deliverables.
• Produce professional service estimates and track changes during projects.
• Establish design criteria incorporating client requirements and relevant codes.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
• Lead small teams on major projects and mentor junior engineers.
