Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Process Engineering Lead in Beaumont, TX. In this role you will supervise a team of engineers and designers, directing the full process engineering deliverables for large capital projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will establish design criteria, review deliverables, and develop budgets and schedules while ensuring safety and quality. Strong leadership and communication are essential to coordinate multi-discipline teams and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of relevant industrial experience with some time spent in a leadership role.
• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Promoting the culture of working safely and applying safety related concepts into process design.
• Reviewing and approving all process engineering deliverables.
• Producing professional service estimates in accordance with company standards.
• Establishing design criteria for projects and ensuring client requirements and codes are met.
• Leading a team of engineers and designers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Developing conceptual layouts and cost studies for major capital projects.
