Job summary

Elevate seeks a Senior Process Engineer - ISO to design, develop, and implement processes for product innovation and continuous improvement. The role focuses on safety, quality, cost reduction, and machine utilization, with travel as needed.

Based in one location with site support across ISO operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of MOC/PHAs/HAZOPs, plus experience with DOE and statistical methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years engineering or plant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, TPM, PFMEA and Lean/Six-Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with MOC, PHAs and HAZOPs.
• Ability to coach, teach and develop a team of engineers.
• Experience with Regulatory Standards including OSHA and EPA.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and EHS initiatives across the site.
• Collaborate with site teams to meet Quality KPIs (First Pass Yield).
• Investigate critical quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Drive process reliability, standardization, and variation reduction.
• Improve raw material specs; lead trials and qualification.
• Support new product introductions and qualifications.
• Provide process leadership on cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure timing for equipment/projects and New Product Process adherence.
• Maintain Process Control Plans and formulation controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage changes (PHAs, HAZOPs).
• Engage with Value Streams to support collaboration and initiatives.
• Attend technical conferences to stay updated on technologies.
