Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Senior Process Engineer - ISO to lead design, development, and implementation of processes supporting product innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include safety, quality KPIs, cost efficiency, and equipment projects at one location with travel as needed.

The role requires advanced problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration across ISO operations, with experience in SPC, DOE, PFMEA, and Lean Six Sigma. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of engineering or plant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control, DOE, TPM, PFMEA and Lean/Six-Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with MOC, PHAs and HAZOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and EHS initiatives across the site.
• Collaborate with site teams to achieve Quality KPIs and First Pass Yield targets.
• Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with Quality.
• Drive process reliability, standardization, and variation reduction.
• Improve raw material specifications and lead trials and qualification.
• Support new product introductions and qualifications.
• Provide process leadership on cost-efficiency initiatives and new technologies.
• Manage equipment and process projects to meet launch dates.
• Maintain Process Control Plans to ensure product quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA) and lead change via PHAs/HAZOPs.
• Engage with Value Streams to resolve issues and support initiatives.
• Attend technical conferences to stay current on technologies.
