Healthbay Company is seeking a strategic Process Consultant for a full-time contract role focused on evaluating and improving business processes. You will partner with leaders and technology teams to design improved workflows, document requirements, and guide seamless process transformations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in process consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with ERP/CRM and process-design tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, process improvement, or business transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational information and identify meaningful improvement opportunities.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio or equivalent process-design tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess business operations to determine process effectiveness, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary steps, reduce delays, and improve service delivery.
• Work with department leaders to understand operational challenges and desired outcomes.
• Conduct discovery sessions and process walkthroughs to capture detailed requirements.
• Develop clear documentation of existing processes, responsibilities, systems, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
• Design improved workflows and operating procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Recommend process changes based on data, stakeholder feedback, and industry practices.
• Perform gap assessments to identify differences between current capabilities and future-state operations.
• Analyze impact of process changes on staffing, technology, costs, and customer experience.
• Assist in developing practical implementation strategies for approved improvements.
