Job summary

Healthbay Company is seeking a strategic Process Consultant for a full-time contract. You will partner with leaders and teams to assess operations, map processes, and design improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

Ideal candidates will analyze workflows, facilitate workshops, translate requirements into detailed specs, and guide cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives in a hybrid or remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, process improvement, or business transformation.
• Experience documenting business processes, operational procedures, workflows, and requirements.
• Strong knowledge of process analysis, workflow optimization, continuous improvement, and performance management.
• Ability to conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and gather information from diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to determine process effectiveness, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
• Design improved workflows and operating procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate process-design workshops, stakeholder reviews, and improvement meetings.
• Translate business process requirements into clear functional specifications for technology and project teams.
• Track assigned process initiatives, deliverables, milestones, risks, and stakeholder actions.
