Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, or transformation.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and propose practical improvements.
Responsibilities
- Assess operations to determine process effectiveness and resource use.
- Review workflows to remove steps and improve service delivery.
- Conduct discovery sessions and capture detailed requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for tech and project teams.
- Facilitate process-design workshops and stakeholder reviews.
