Healthbay Company is seeking a strategic Process Consultant for a full-time contract to improve how work is performed. You will partner with leaders and technology stakeholders to assess operations, design improved workflows, and implement practical process solutions that boost efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in process improvement, and ability to guide teams through transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in business, operations, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in process consulting or business transformation.
Strong ability to analyze complex workflows and recommend practical improvements.
Experience documenting processes, procedures, workflows, and requirements.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Agile, or Kaizen.

Responsibilities

Assess operations to determine process effectiveness, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
Review workflows to eliminate steps, reduce delays, and improve service delivery.
Collaborate with department leaders and employees to understand challenges and outcomes.
Conduct discovery sessions to capture detailed business requirements.
Translate process requirements into functional specifications for tech teams.
Facilitate process-design workshops and stakeholder reviews.
Develop process docs, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
Measure process efficiency, quality, and cycle times post-implementation.
