Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in process consulting, business analysis, or transformation.
• Experience documenting processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to facilitate workshops.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to determine process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Review workflows to eliminate steps and improve service delivery.
• Lead discovery sessions and capture detailed business requirements.
• Design improved workflows and operating procedures aligned to business goals.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for tech and projects teams.
