Healthbay Company seeks a strategic Process Consultant for a full-time contract. You will analyze operations, optimize workflows, and drive process improvements across the organization, partnering with leaders and technology teams to deliver measurable efficiency and quality gains.

Responsibilities include discovery sessions, documentation, and designing improved workflows. This role supports remote or hybrid work arrangements and requires ~40 hours per week, with potential contract extension

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in process consulting or related fields.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and recommend improvements.
• Experience documenting processes and requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to determine process effectiveness and resource use.
• Review workflows to remove steps and speed service delivery.
• Facilitate discussions with leaders and teams to understand outcomes.
• Capture detailed business requirements through discovery sessions.
• Develop process documentation and operating procedures.
• Design improved workflows aligned to business objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for tech teams.
• Lead process-design workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Establish measures to evaluate process performance.
• Support change initiatives and project rollout.
• Coordinate with tech teams on automation opportunities.
